Our Hospitality programme is well suited if you are hoping to progress in a professional Hospitality role. At the early stages of the course, you’ll explore the hospitality industry. You'll look at its development from an international and national perspective. We'll teach you a range of transferable skills, which meet the ever-changing demands of this dynamic industry.
You will gain an introductory, constructive and critical understanding of the global and national hospitality industry throughout the course.

Following the pandemic, we have found that some courses benefit from a blended learning and teaching approach. Therefore, the majority of your teaching will be face-to-face on campus aside from a small amount of online teaching where we have learnt it works best.
