Our BA (Hons) Filmmaking degree is a ‘hands-on’ course, focusing on industry practices and conventions, developing transferable skills in the independent film markets.
Recognised by industry professionals, this degree delivers "strong emphasis on practical and vocational development" (Diarmid Scrimshaw, Producer ‘Tyrannosaur’) and prepares “exceptionally professional” students (Derrin Schlesinger, Producer, ‘This is England’, ‘Four Lions’, ‘Babylon’). Our course offers scope to develop both personal creative expression and professional level skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Through the success of this progressive programme we have seen students and graduates regularly appear in the credits of major TV and cinema releases. You’ll focus on professional and creative development in a variety of formats including narrative, documentary, independent?short film and the feature film. My name is Kavisha Prince Anthony, and I always had a dream of studying abroad. Thankfully, that dream came to life since I applied to the Study Advisor. I was able to receive my visa within four days. I also had some visa refusals in the past; I had about six UK visa refusals in the past, but thankfully, it was not an issue since the Study Advisor was able to make things work this time. I highly recommend Study Advisor for your dreams of going abroad, whether it be the UK or any other European country there is.
