The law stream of Business and Management provides an in-depth insight into some of the legal issues applicable to business and management. By completing the law stream, you will be able to identify where potential legal issues and liabilities may arise, as well as understanding how the relevant legislation applies in different factual contexts. A broad understanding of different legal areas will be established at Level 4, including Contract Law, tortious liabilities, intellectual property rights and business formation.
