Why study this course with us?
The Mathematics Department is located on the University’s Thornton Science Park. This offers you a unique opportunity to study in excellent facilities and alongside on-site science and technology employers. This modern learning environment has been designed with the aim of maximising the employability of our graduates.
This course will meet the educational requirements of the Chartered Mathematician designation, awarded by the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, when it is followed by subsequent training and experience in employment to obtain equivalent competences to those specified by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for taught Masters degrees.
Staff actively encourage a high level of student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Small year-group sizes allow for a more personal learning experience for our students.

My name is Kavisha Prince Anthony, and I always had a dream of studying abroad. Thankfully, that dream came to life since I applied to the Study Advisor. I was able to receive my visa within four days. I also had some visa refusals in the past; I had about six UK visa refusals in the past, but thankfully, it was not an issue since the Study Advisor was able to make things work this time. I highly recommend Study Advisor for your dreams of going abroad, whether it be the UK or any other European country there is.
