Management Accounting
Evaluate the role of management accounting in supporting strategic decision-making and organizational performance, and discuss the key concepts and techniques used in management accounting, such as activity-based costing, marginal costing, and target costing.
Mode of Delivery
Mode of Delivery: The Diploma programme consists of 8 modules and may be completed after 8 months of lessons. Lessons will commence 5 days a week for a maximum of 6 hours per day with a total of 416 learning hours.
Assessment Method: Written Exams, Practical Assessments/Presentations and Projects.
Graduation Requirements: Minimum of 50% pass in all modules.
