What you'll study
Strongly focused on consulting and financial storytelling, you'll graduate being prepared for a career in modern finance, a thriving area of global business. Enhance your studies with complementary topics such as economics, law, information technology and quantitative techniques.
There are four modules in each semester. Each module has a good mix of theoretical knowledge and useful, transferrable, skills taught in-person and using self-study materials.
In your?first year, learn the principles of accounting, explore and analyse financial information as well as enhance your digital and professional skills such as presenting and critical evaluation.
In your second year, expand your foundational understanding and develop effective research and problem-solving techniques to prepare you for the professional world. Also, take part in an assessment centre experience to prepare you for job hunting.
In your final?year,?build your knowledge with advanced financial reporting and accounting. Focus on key interest areas, with a choice of modules including research methods, taxation, Islamic finance, advisory services and information systems.
