The Master of Science in Facilities Management is an advanced program designed to equip professional with the expertise required to effectively manage and maintain the built environment. This program focuses on developing strategic and operational skills necessary to oversee the efficient and and sustainable operation of various facilities, including commercial buildings, healthcare institutions, educational campuses and public infrastructure.

POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA (PGDIP)
- Academic Level Required: Degree in Built Environment Discipline or mature candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of working experience
- Work Experience Required: Mature candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of working experience
MASTER OF SCIENCE (MSC)
- Academic Level Required: Degree in Built Environment Discipline or mature candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of working experience
- Work Experience Required: BSc with two years of post BSc experience
