Real estate contributes to the modern economy. As people live, work, and play in properties, the real estate industry requires leasing, property, and asset managers. This course provides an alternative career path for those who wish to explore such roles. Mid-career professionals or real estate agents would benefit greatly from the acquisition of fundamental knowledge and skills required of them to perform these roles.
Students who graduate from this course may use it as a pathway into further learning in the advanced levels such as Trent Global Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Management or Advanced Diploma in Facilities Management. The Diploma in Real Estate Business syllabus has 6 modules.
