Program Overview
The BTech Civil Engineering (Evening – Lateral Entry) is a three-year, part-time program tailored for diploma holders. It allows entry directly into the second year (third semester), enabling completion in just three years. Classes are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 6:45 pm–10:00 pm, with occasional Friday labs or exams as needed. The curriculum blends engineering fundamentals, design tools (such as CAD), and hands-on projects, preparing students to plan, design, and build bridges, roads, structures, water systems, and related infrastructure.
Program Accreditation
MAHE Dubai holds institutional licensure from the Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA), and the program is delivered under approval by the University Grants Commission (UGC, India) and the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The School of Engineering & IT is also accredited by international bodies such as UQAIB and is affiliated with leading professional societies, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
