ABOUT THE COURSE
You will build essential professional experience through practical assignments and a research-based management report, in which you will investigate a contemporary business issue and propose actionable solutions.
An organisation’s most valuable resource is its people – putting HR at the heart of the business, and opening up exciting and varied career paths. You will have the opportunity to build broad personnel skills as a respected generalist, or focus on a specialism such as learning and development.
Accredited as a Level Seven (Advanced) diploma by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), this essential course delivers the practical skills and theory you need to meet the challenges of today’s complex HR and employment environment.
Developing your professional skills in people management and development to a high level, you will study core subjects such as leadership, employment law and management of change, and equip yourself for membership of the CIPD.
We are an Accredited Centre for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). On successful completion of the postgraduate diploma, you will have gained all the knowledge required for the CIPD’s postgraduate Level 7 Professional Map. You are then eligible to seek Associate Membership of the CIPD.

My name is Kavisha Prince Anthony, and I always had a dream of studying abroad. Thankfully, that dream came to life since I applied to the Study Advisor. I was able to receive my visa within four days. I also had some visa refusals in the past; I had about six UK visa refusals in the past, but thankfully, it was not an issue since the Study Advisor was able to make things work this time. I highly recommend Study Advisor for your dreams of going abroad, whether it be the UK or any other European country there is.
