BA(Hons) CHARTERED MANAGER DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP

Are you currently in a job and looking to develop advanced management skills? Do you want to obtain a degree-level qualification through on-the-job learning? Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) provides you with an apprenticeship degree in Business Management awarded by University College Birmingham and a professional pathway for career development.

Developed by a group of employers in partnership with a number of higher education institutions and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), this trailblazing apprenticeship will help you develop graduate skills in business management, covering content from business finance and leading people to digital skills and operational strategy. You will study through a number of six-week blocks spread over 2.5 to 4 years depending on your experience, combining digital learning with some teaching on our campus (a maximum of three full days per block).

Throughout your business apprenticeship, you will receive support from a course manager and a work-based learning tutor. By the end of the course, not only will you have earned an undergraduate degree-level qualification, but you will also receive professional recognition through the award of Chartered Manager Status and the option to register with the CMI.
