Project Management BA (Hons)

Course overview

If you want to support businesses to deliver on their corporate strategies, then this project management course is for you. You apply project management strategies to live business-related projects – initiating, developing and expanding client briefs to develop effective solutions to business challenges and opportunities.

You gain practical experience of the full consultancy cycle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of business concepts and models, and managing a client project from the start to completion using industry-standard methodologies, such as PRINCE2.

You are encouraged to develop a questioning, creative and innovative approach to project management and to develop your ability to engage in pro-active and self- directed study.

This programme is of interest to those seeking to pursue careers in business with a particular emphasis on project leadership, development and management. Whether you want to strike out in business on your own, or work with international companies, start-ups or not-for-profit organizations, this course gives you the skills and expertise to accelerate your career. An optional work placement year is included, at no extra cost.
