This wide-ranging programme provides a solid grounding in all areas of business and management, coupled with specialist marketing content including digital marketing, consumer behavior, communications and marketing planning.

You work on live projects with local SMEs and national brands, giving you knowledge and experience of working in a real-world marketing department. You examine key milestones in the customer journey, focusing on the strategy behind what you say, how you say it and where you say it.

Whether you want to strike out in business on your own, or work with international companies, start-ups or not-for-profit organizations, this course gives you the ability and expertise to accelerate your career.

The foundation year helps you develop knowledge and skills to make the transition to university study, and in particular, to gain business and management knowledge and develop academic and personal skills to proceed confidently through the remainder of the course. During the foundation year (year 0) you study a range of fundamental business and management subjects, and develop important practical academic skills to prepare you for the remainder of your course. This programme ensures you enter the competitive graduate marketplace with the knowledge, skills and experience to stand out from the crowd.
An optional work placement year is included, at no extra cost.
