16 months (full-time)
We start our Masters in International Business Law by looking at the context in which international business takes place, including the need for regulation of international trade, and the legal frameworks behind it.
You’ll learn about international sales contracts, carriage of goods by sea and financing of international trade. You’ll also examine and critically assess how businesses address commercial disputes in the context of globalisation. And you can advance your knowledge of competition law or comparative company law.
As well as this, you’ll build upon your existing skills in using electronic databases, academic writing, and referencing. You’ll develop your research skills, methods, and methodology too. This will stand you in good stead for your Major Project, where you carry out a research project from start to finish, supervised by a member of academic staff.

My name is Kavisha Prince Anthony, and I always had a dream of studying abroad. Thankfully, that dream came to life since I applied to the Study Advisor. I was able to receive my visa within four days. I also had some visa refusals in the past; I had about six UK visa refusals in the past, but thankfully, it was not an issue since the Study Advisor was able to make things work this time. I highly recommend Study Advisor for your dreams of going abroad, whether it be the UK or any other European country there is.
